Applications are invited for the post of Programme Manager – Digital Learning Studio of NUSSD. He/ She is expected to look at NUSSD studio management and operations.
Professional Requirements: Experience of working at a senior level in a high profile organisation. Experience of managing both internal and external stakeholders; Experience of managing and developing a team. Knowledge of a wide range of communication techniques. Evidence of strong decision making and problem-solving skills. Excellent people skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills including ability to communicate concepts and developments to a range of audiences
Experience: At least 10 years of work experience.
Salary Range : Rs.40000/- Rs.45,000/- (Depending on Qualification & Experience)

Qualification: Postgraduate in Social Work (Health & Mental Health or Public Health or Community Organization)/ M.A. (Counselling or Clinical Psychology)/ Master in Public Health/ Master in Health Administration. MSW in HR will not be considered.
Skills: A minimum of 1 to 3 years of work experience in health related counselling. E.g., HIV/AIDS, RCH, TB, STI, ART, suicide prevention. Good communication skills – written as well as spoken – in English, Hindi and local Language. Knowledge of MS Office-Word, Excel and PPT. Willingness to travel within the assigned district. Willingness to work with TB patients and their caregivers.
