  • Mathematical Ecology and Epidemiology
  • Mathematical Modeling
  • Physiological heat transfer
  • Bio fluid dynamics
  • Air pollution Modeling
  • Fractional Calculus
  • Lie Theory
  • Differential Equations
  • Special functions
  • Bioinformatics
  • Data Mining
  • Soft Computing
  • Artificial Intelligence
About the symposium

The symposium on “ I function and its applications” will be held in honour of Prof. V.P. Saxena, who has completed 75 years of active life. It will cover topics in different analytical aspects of I-function and applications. The I function introduced by Prof. Saxena is regarded as the most generalized hypergeometric function of one variable. Another symposium on “Mathematics in Data Science” will be held with a view to explore and promote the opportunities for application of Mathematics in data sciences.

Young Scientist Awards

There will be three Young Scientist Awards one each for best paper presentation in the conference and the two symposia. The candidates up to the age of 35 years on 31st December 2018 will be eligible for consideration of Young Scientist Awards. The candidates who wish to be considered for the Young Scientist Awards should indicate on the top of the paper “For Consideration of Young Scientists Award” and send their abstracts and full length papers to the Convener by 31st October 2018. The papers will be reviewed by the screening committee to select the paper for presentation in the Award Sessions. The candidate must produce appropriate document for proof of age at the time of registration. In addition there will be two more awards for this Silver Jubilee year of the academy. One for the best paper publication on I- functions till 31st October 2018.The GAMS also announces an award for outstanding work on analytic aspects of Ifunctions including existence conditions, differential equations etc.. The unpublished work can also be considered for this award.
