Submission Guidelines

  • Authors must submit their manuscripts using Easy Chair on or before Jan 15, 2019 23:59 hrs.
  • Papers submitted to the conference should be in English.
  • Submissions should contain original work that has not been published previously, accepted for publication, or presently under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  • Papers submitted to the conference should follow the IEEE double-column format and not exceed 6 pages.
