National Conference on Condensed Matter Physics is an annual event of the Department of Physics and CMPA 2019 is 7th in the series. This conference will provide a platform to academicians, teachers and young researchers to interact with distinguished scientists in the field and to know the latest in the field of Condensed Matter Physics.
It aims at kindling interest in the minds of young students to pursue research as their
career. It is expected that the Conference widens the scope of research and foster
interdisciplinary research among teachers.

Call for Abstracts

Topics include, but not limited to:

  • Semiconductor devices
  • Photonic materials
  • Thin films and nanotechnology
  • Radiation – matter interaction
  • Materials characterization
  • Superconductivity
  • Crystal growth and characterization
  • Polymers, glasses and ceramics
  • Bio-materials
  • Spintronics materials
Submission Guidelines

One page abstract in A4 size sheet with 12pt font size (Times New Roman) and 1.5 line spacing can be submitted in the conference website and papers will be selected for oral/poster presentation on the recommendations of expert committee. Participants are requested to submit their abstracts within the specified time limit. Only one paper per registered participant will be accepted. However, one may be a co-author of more than one paper.

Registration

The registration fees are as follows:

  • R&D/Industry: Rs. 2500
  • Faculty/Scientists: Rs. 2000
  • Research Scholars: Rs. 1000
  • Students: 600
  • Accompanying person: Rs. 600
