The Central Building Research Institute (CBRI), Roorkee desires to appoint retired government servants of civil engineering background from Central/ Central Autonomous bodies as Consultants to work supervise the work of the PMC agency for construction of 70 schools in 7 earthquake-affected districts of Nepal and 2 libraries in Kathmandu.

The Central Building Research Institute (CBRI), Roorkee, a constituent unit of Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), New Delhi is a premier Institute in the area of Building Science & Technology and has been vested with the responsibility of generating, cultivating and promoting building science and technology.

Qualifications
  • Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 20 years in the relevant area of preparation of bid document, tendering process, construction supervision of institutional (school) buildings, reporting, monitoring progress, preparation of project completion report proficiency in Govt. of India Projects.
Salary

₹ 75,000/- PM (Consolidated) As per CSIR Rules.
