JOB POST: Project Co-ordinator & Project Assistant @ Birsa Agricultural University, Ranchi: Walk-in on May 16: Expired

Birsa Agricultural University was established on 26th June, 1981 after its formal inauguration by the then Prime Minister of India, Late Smt. Indira Gandhi. Its primary objective is to develop area specific technologies and manpower in the field of agriculture, animal husbandry and forestry for the agricultural development of the plateau region of Bihar and economic upliftment of tribal and other backward class population of the region.

The programmes and activities of education, research and extension are carried out through three faculties (Agriculture, Veterinary Sciences & Animal Husbandry and Forestry) with thirty five departments

Name of the Project:

Development of communication resources on gender responsive application of Science and Technology for Home Garden.

Position: Project assistant (1)

Qualification: Diploma in food processing/home science/nutrition/other allied field

Age: 18-27 years.

Age relaxation to reserved category candidates will be given as per Jharkhand State Govt. rules/order.

Period of engagement: 6 months.

Place of posting: Area of operation of the project

Date of walk-in-interview: May 16


Project co-ordinator: Rs. 25000/- per month consolidated.

Project assistant: Rs 8000/- consolidated.

Note: Candidates are requested to submit bio-data in prescribed format with attested copies of certificates, mark sheets, experience certificate etc. They should also bring original certificates, mark sheets, experience certificate for verification.

Depending upon the number of applications for the referred positions, the mode of selection may vary.

The university reserves the right to fill/not to fill any position without assigning any reason. The University reserves the right to terminate the service after due notice.
