FDP on MOOCs and E-Content Development @ Anugraha College Campus, Dindigul, TN [June 6-10]: Register by May 20
A Faculty Development Programme on MOOCs and E-Content Development is being conducted by Dept. of Visual Communication, Anugraha College, Dindigul, TN.
The Workshop is planned in order to help the participants
- understand the need and significance of E-Content in the context of Digital Learning Initiative in India.
- develop deeper insights into the dynamics of E-content creation and
- produce an e-Module on some concept in their discipline.
The Faculty Development Programme will be a training-cum-production type one in workshop mode, involving lecture-cum-demonstrations, interactive sessions and hands-on practice. It has been planned in such a way that every participant will carry home his / her e-content as an outcome of the Faculty Development Programme. Further, funding opportunities through proposals will also be exposed.
Since the timings of the Faculty Development Programme will extend well beyond the office hours, it has been planned as a residential one. As the programme involves some independent/guided work with the computers, it is suggested that each participant brings a laptop and mobile internet device. However, the Computer Lab facility will also be provided for doing the multimedia work.
Faculty members of higher education institutions from any discipline and professionals interested in the theme. As it is a One Week FDP, the same shall be useful for the University & College Teachers for promotion under Career Advancement Scheme as per the UGC Regulation (2018).
The Registration Fee is Rs. 4500/- per participant (including food and accommodation at the Anugraha Animation Centre, Anugraha College Campus, Dindigul). The Registration Fee is to be paid by Demand Draft, drawn in favour of “HOD, Dept. of Visual Communication” payable at Dindigul or through online Fund Transfer to our Bank Account.
